Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity for OEM tool cabinets?

Accepted Answer

Standard catalogue models start at 100 pieces per SKU. Fully customised tooling projects (new drawer layout, new sheet-metal die) normally start at 300 pieces per SKU so that the tooling cost can be amortised.

Question 2

Which steel thickness and finish do you use for tool chests?

Accepted Answer

We use cold-rolled steel from 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm depending on the panel. All bodies are degreased, phosphated and electrostatic powder-coated at 180-200 °C, and coatings pass 24-hour neutral salt-spray testing.

Question 3

Can you print our brand, logo and retail packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dingda supports private label: silk-screen or water-transfer logos, custom RAL colours, bilingual manuals, barcode and UPC labelling, colour cartons and pallet configuration for retail DCs.

Question 4

How long is the production lead time and what are the shipping terms?

Accepted Answer

Mass production is 25-35 days after artwork and sample approval. We quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard and also support CIF, DDP and consolidated container loading.

Question 5

How do you protect powder-coated cabinets during ocean transit?

Accepted Answer

Each unit receives corner foam or EPE moulded protection, a PE film over the coated surface, a five-layer export carton, and desiccant inside the container to control condensation on long sea voyages.
