Cold-rolled steel (SPCC) offers superior tensile strength and surface smoothness compared to standard hot-rolled steel. Using 1.0mm thickness for side panels and 1.2mm to 2.0mm steel for structural columns and corner posts prevents body flexing or permanent deformation when the cabinet is loaded with heavy pneumatic tools, iron vises, or engine components exceeding 800 kg total static mass.

We apply a 7-stage automated chemical pre-treatment process—including degreasing, water rinsing, surface conditioning, and zinc-phosphate coating—followed by an electrostatic thermosetting epoxy-polyester powder coat applied at 80 to 120 micrometers thickness. This creates a non-porous layer highly resistant to brake fluid, motor oil, grease, solvents, and salt ambient air in coastal service facilities.

The anti-tilt interlock system utilizes a mechanical vertical lock bar located along the rear slide channel. When one drawer is pulled open, the lock bar shifts position to engage mechanical stop pins on all remaining drawers, preventing them from extending simultaneously. This keeps the center of gravity safely within the cabinet footprint, effectively preventing tipping accidents in busy industrial workplaces.

All cabinet units are wrapped in a heavy-gauge anti-moisture polybag, fitted with 5-layer honeycomb corrugated edge protection guards on all corners, fully enclosed in double-wall 200 lbs/in² export cartons, and strapped securely onto ISPM-15 compliant fumigation-free wooden pallets to survive container sea movement and forklift handling.
